However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process in accordance with the following terms.
2. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

You receive an incorrect design, size, or product.

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Minor color variations due to photography and lighting.

Customized or made-to-order items.

Products purchased on clearance or final sale.
4. Return Request Process

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Send an email to ethnicwearwholesaler@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images showing the issue.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

The product must be shipped back to our store within 7 days of approval.
5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
