1. Overview

At Wholesaler Ethnic Wear, we value our customers and strive to deliver high-quality sarees and salwar suits. We take utmost care in checking each product before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process in accordance with the following terms.

2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

• You receive an incorrect design, size, or product.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Minor color variations due to photography and lighting.

• Customized or made-to-order items.

• Products purchased on clearance or final sale.

4. Return Request Process

• You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Send an email to ethnicwearwholesaler@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images showing the issue.

• Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

• The product must be shipped back to our store within 7 days of approval.

5. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed only for size or design defects (subject to stock availability).

• If the requested replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

• If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

• If the return is for any other reason, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.
